Setting Up Requidex Password and Logging In

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to set up your Requidex password and log into your user profile effectively.

Key Steps

1. Receive Password Setup Email 0:09

  • After your user account is created, check your email for a message from Requidex.

  • This email will contain a link to set up your password.

2. Act Quickly 0:21

  • Note that the password setup link is only valid for seven days.

  • It is recommended to set up your password as soon as you receive the email.

3. Click on Set Password 0:31

  • Open the email and click on the 'set password' link.

  • This will redirect you to a web browser for password setup.

4. Create Your Password 0:40

  • Enter your desired password in the provided field.

  • Use a combination of words, numbers, and special characters for security.

5. Check for Discrepancies 0:51

  • If the passwords do not match, red text will appear at the bottom of the screen.

  • Click on the eye icon to view your password entries and identify any errors.

6. Review Privacy Policy 1:12

  • Read the privacy policy provided on the page.

  • Ensure you understand the terms before proceeding.

7. Submit Your Password 1:12

  • Tick the box to agree to the privacy policy.

  • Click on 'submit' to finalize your password setup.

8. Log In to Your Account 1:32

  • After submitting, you will be redirected to a new page.

  • Enter your user email and the newly created password.

  • Click 'log in' to access your Requidex dashboard.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure you complete the password setup within seven days to avoid link expiration.

  • Do not click on 'login' when creating your password for the first time; always click 'submit' instead.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Use a password manager to generate and store complex passwords securely.

  • Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the password setup email in your inbox.
