Step 1. Access Project Configuration

  • From the left-hand navigation menu select Projects.

  • Select the project you want to adjust.

  • Click on the Config tab.

Step 2. Adjust Rate Uplifts

  • In the Project Config tab, locate the Rate Uplifts section.

  • Toggle the option to use Project Rate Uplifts (default is off).

  • If toggled on, a drop-down menu appears:

    • Options include: weekday overtime, Saturday, Sunday, night work, bank holiday, etc.

  • For each line item, enter the desired uplift percentage.

Step 3. Understand Standard and Enhanced Uplifts

  • In the right corner, hover over standard uplifts to see the default rates

  • Toggle to enable enhanced uplifts for the project:

    • This allows you to override standard uplifts and set uplifts at an hourly interval.

    • Adjust uplift percentages for each day of the week and bank holidays.

Step 4. Set Shift Times and Uplift Percentages

  • Define when the day shift and night shift start.

  • Set specific uplift percentages for different hour blocks:

    • Example: 0-8 hours = 0%, 8-12 hours = 50%.

  • You can add as many blocks to cover a full 24 hour period.

Step 5. Save Configuration Changes

  • Once all adjustments are made, click Save in the bottom right corner to apply the enhanced uplifts for the specific project.

Step 6. Configure Requisition Settings

  • In the Requisition section, you may set the default to auto-assigning qualifying workers for the project.

Step 7. Set Timesheet Adjustment Permissions

  • In the Timesheet Adjustment section, choose who can adjust timesheets:

    • Options include agency only, project only, or both agency and project users.

Step 8. Review Project Configuration Overrides

  • Ensure all settings are correct as these configurations will override company-level configuration.

  • Also ensure you set project configs before raising requisition and confirming assignments to ensure these overrides are applied correctly.
