1: Access Timesheets
From the left-hand navigation menu, select Timesheets.
2: Open Export Options
In the top right-hand corner, select Actions.
From the drop-down menu, select Export Timesheets.
3: Configure Export Settings
A pop-up will appear for configuring export settings.
4: Select Export Format
From the Export , select Excel.
5: Choose Projects
Select either All Projects, a Specific Project, or a Group of Projects (multi-select option).
6: Select Year
Choose the Year for the timesheets.
7: Select Week Ending Period
Choose the Week Ending Period (multi-select option).
8: Select Agency (Optional)
Choose Agency Specific options (multi-select option).
If no agency is selected, the download will include all agencies by default.
9: Select Status (Optional)
Select the status of timesheets (optional):
Absent
Approved
Pending
Pending Approval
Cancelled
Mixture of statuses.
If no status' are selected, the download will include all statuses by default.
10: Include Day Breakdown (Optional)
Check the box if you would like to include the Day Breakdown.
11: Export Timesheets
From the bottom right-hand corner, select Export.
12: Download Notification
A pop-up will show indicating that your export request is being processed.
13: Access Downloaded File
You will be notified in the bottom right-hand corner when the download is complete.
Click the downloaded icon to access the Excel document.
14: Manipulate Data
The Excel document will be downloaded to your laptop or computer.
