How to Export Timesheets to Excel

1: Access Timesheets

  • From the left-hand navigation menu, select Timesheets.

2: Open Export Options

  • In the top right-hand corner, select Actions.

  • From the drop-down menu, select Export Timesheets.

3: Configure Export Settings

  • A pop-up will appear for configuring export settings.

4: Select Export Format

  • From the Export , select Excel.

5: Choose Projects

  • Select either All Projects, a Specific Project, or a Group of Projects (multi-select option).

6: Select Year

  • Choose the Year for the timesheets.

7: Select Week Ending Period

  • Choose the Week Ending Period (multi-select option).

8: Select Agency (Optional)

  • Choose Agency Specific options (multi-select option).

If no agency is selected, the download will include all agencies by default.

9: Select Status (Optional)

  • Select the status of timesheets (optional):

    • Absent

    • Approved

    • Pending

    • Pending Approval

    • Cancelled

    • Mixture of statuses.

If no status' are selected, the download will include all statuses by default.

10: Include Day Breakdown (Optional)

  • Check the box if you would like to include the Day Breakdown.

11: Export Timesheets

  • From the bottom right-hand corner, select Export.

12: Download Notification

  • A pop-up will show indicating that your export request is being processed.

13: Access Downloaded File

  • You will be notified in the bottom right-hand corner when the download is complete.

  • Click the downloaded icon to access the Excel document.

14: Manipulate Data

  • The Excel document will be downloaded to your laptop or computer.
