Step 1: Access Projects
From the left-hand navigation menu, select Projects.
Step 2: Select the Project
From the Projects page, find the project that you would like to override the rates for.
Step 3: Navigate to Rates Tab
Inside the project, navigate to the Rates tab.
Step 4: Choose Trade to Override
You will have the ability to select the trade that you would like to override the rate for.
Step 5: Change the Rate
From the pop-up, change the rate for:
CIS
PAYE
PSC
and
Hourly or Daily
This project rate override can be specific to one agency or all agencies.
Step 6: Save Changes
Once you're happy with the changes, select Save in the bottom right-hand corner.
Step 7: Add Comment (Optional)
You can add a comment for the amendment if desired, this will be captured in the project activity tab.
Step 8: Identify Project Override
After saving, the trade you selected will have a new red "i" icon.
Hovering over it will indicate Project Override.
Step 9: Remove Project Override Rate
If you would like to remove the project override rate, select the trade again.
Step 10: Confirm Deletion
In the pop-up, select Delete in the bottom left corner.
It will ask you to confirm: Do you want to remove the project rates for the t(rade)?
Select Yes to confirm.
Step 11: Default Rate Restored
The rate will default back to what is set at the company level.
