Requisition statuses at a glance
For hirers and agencies, the requisition table shows statuses as labelled chips: amber for Raised, blue for Open, green for Filled, and red for Rejected or Cancelled. Requisition dashboard tables and agency response rows also use labelled status chips. A requisition can be in one of the following high-level statuses:
Raised — created and waiting for approval.
Open — approved, active, and not yet filled; ready for agency fulfilment.
Rejected — declined during the approval process.
Filled — enough workers have been assigned to meet the requirement.
Cancelled — stopped, and most lifecycle actions are blocked.
Raised
Raised means the requisition has been created and is waiting for approval. It has not yet been approved for fulfilment. A requisition that is auto-approved moves directly to the approved state.
Open and Approved
Open is the requisition list label for an approved, active requisition that is not filled. The detail page uses Approved for the approval step. Approval can be completed by an authorised approver or by auto-approval when permitted. Once approved, the requisition can:
Be sent to agencies for fulfilment.
Receive submitted workers from agencies.
Have workers assigned, manually or automatically depending on the assignment basis.
Rejected
Rejected means the requisition has not been approved. A rejected requisition does not continue through the normal fulfilment process. If the requirement is still needed, raise a corrected requisition; the detail page has no action to undo requisition rejection.
Filled
Filled notification emails identify the requisition in the subject, for example: Requisition (LTC-R152) has now been filled. The label follows the hiring company's configured name for requisitions.
Hiring companies and agencies can configure Requisition filled custom notification flows. Matching recipients are emailed when assignment or a quantity change makes the requisition filled. Agency flows apply only to requisitions released to that agency or involving its responses or assignments.
Filled means the requisition has enough assigned workers to meet the required quantity. How this is calculated depends on the fulfilment mode:
Standard requisitions are filled when counted assignments meet or exceed the quantity; start confirmation is not required. Completed and ended assignments count, including a cancelled assignment that retains a completed or ended date.
Shift-based requisitions are filled when every working day in the date range has enough assigned coverage.
Cancelled
Hiring companies and agencies can configure Requisition cancelled custom notification flows. Matching recipients are emailed when the requisition is cancelled, but not when it is reinstated. Agency flows apply only to requisitions released to that agency or involving its responses or assignments.
Cancelled means the requisition has been stopped. Once cancelled, normal activity against the requisition is prevented unless the requisition is reinstated by an authorised user.
Agency statuses
Agency statuses show the position of each agency connected to the requisition. When a requisition is sent to agencies, each agency has its own status:
Pending — the agency has been sent the requisition and has not yet responded.
Accepted — the agency has responded positively or submitted workers.
Rejected — the agency has declined or rejected the requisition.
Assigned — one or more workers from the agency have been assigned.
Scheduled — the agency is due to receive the requisition later as part of a tiered release.
Project rejected — the requisition was rejected by the project-side approval process.
For agencies: what your status means
If you work for an agency, the agency status shown against the requisition is your own status with the hiring company. Use it to understand where you are in the process:
Pending — you have received the requisition and the hiring team is waiting for your response.
Scheduled — the requisition has been routed to your tier but not released to you yet, so you cannot respond until it is.
Accepted — you have submitted a response. With manual assignment the hiring team reviews your workers; with auto-assign, qualifying workers can be assigned immediately.
Rejected — you declined the requisition; the requirement may still be filled by other agencies.
Assigned — at least one of your workers has been assigned to the requirement.
